Executive Coaching
I provide one-on-one coaching for executives and managers focusing on what the company and the leaders want and need most – e.g. driving profitability and productivity.
Some of the situations that people hire me to address are:
- Strategy development – develop a clear, compelling company vision and mission along with the strategies to achieve it
- Professional development planning – exploring and determining personal vision and mission and how it relates to their role in the organization.
- Accelerating growth – for high potential executives who need assistance in reaching their maximum level of effectiveness
- New Leader – establish role clarity, identify critical success factors, and create a road map to jump-start the leader on the way to success
- New Hire – helping executives assimilate into the new culture by providing practical solutions for building successful partnerships with peers, management and direct reports as well as focusing on the right goals and objectives
- Underperforming leader – coming alongside to help identify the roadblocks as well as the pathway to success

I work with managers, executives and management teams to increase their effectiveness as leaders and in working together to accomplish their goals and objectives. This includes:

- Individual - Using two prominent assessment tools (StrengthsFinder 2.0 & Myers-Briggs) I work with each participant to create a Professional Strengths-Based Development Plan. This will enable them to leverage their unique personality and natural talents for significant, meaningful growth.
- Team - There are also custom workshops available to support teams in creating strategies for more effective communication, building trust and team productivity.

Strategic Planning
I use a rigorous, thoroughly tested process to assist organizations in creating a strategic plan. This process is effective for well established organizations or start ups. It is also equally effective with businesses, non-profit and government organizations. One of the distinctives of this process is that it places primary responsibility for the creation of the plan on the client. This aspect is critical, not only to the formation of the best plan, but to its effective execution.
